Dream Styles Beauty Return Policy

At Dream Styles Beauty, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you need to return a product, our policy is outlined below:

Return Timeframe

• Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The wig must be in its original condition, with the lace uncut and all original packaging intact.
• Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect item shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made wigs are non-refundable and considered final sale.
• Clearance or sale items are non-refundable and final sale.

Refunds

• Approved returns are not eligible for monetary refunds.
• A return will only be processed for a replacement of the same exact wig. If the wig is unavailable, a wig of equal value may be offered as a substitute.

Return Shipping

• If a return is approved, Dream Styles Beauty will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Processing & Fees

• Returns will be inspected upon receipt. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
• A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the value of the replacement wig.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at dreamstylesbeauty@gmail.com. Include a detailed description and photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide further instructions.

Shipping Locations

    •    We ship both domestically (Australia-wide) and internationally.
    •    At this time, some regions may have shipping restrictions due to carrier limitations, customs regulations, or high-risk areas. If shipping is unavailable for your location, you will be notified at checkout.

Shipping Methods

    •    We partner with DHL, FedEx, and Australia Post for reliable domestic and international shipping.
    •    Available shipping options:
    •    Standard Shipping (Economical, longer delivery time)
    •    Express Shipping (Faster delivery at an additional cost)

Processing Time

    •    Regular orders: Processed within 5 business days.
    •    Custom or pre-order wigs: Processed within up to 14 business days.
    •    Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Costs

    •    Flat-rate shipping for domestic orders.
    •    International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
    •    Free shipping may be available for domestic orders over $250 AUD.
    •    Additional surcharges may apply for express shipping, oversized orders, or remote locations.

Order Tracking

    •    All orders come with a tracking number.
    •    Customers receive tracking updates via email once their order ships.
    •    You can also track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Times

    •    Australia (Domestic Standard): 3–7 business days.
    •    Australia (Express): 1–3 business days.
    •    International (Standard): 7–21 business days (varies by country).
    •    International (Express): 5–10 business days.
    •    Custom/made-to-order wigs may require additional time based on processing.

Handling Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

    •    Lost or delayed orders: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at dreamstylesbeauty@gmail.com.
    •    Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Signature Requirements

    •    High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
    •    Customers can request a signature waiver at checkout if they prefer.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

    •    We ship to P.O. Boxes within Australia via Australia Post.
    •    We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses due to carrier limitations.

Shipping During Holidays or Peak Seasons

    •    During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, holiday sales), processing and shipping times may be extended due to high demand.
    •    Customers are encouraged to place orders early to avoid delays.

Order Changes and Cancellations

    •    Order changes/cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
    •    Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations are not possible.

International Shipping Specifics

    •    Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders.
    •    Duties and taxes are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are not included in the shipping fee.
